Our stylist levels reflect experience, advanced education, technical skill, and leadership within the salon. As a stylist advances, they complete extensive training, master advanced techniques, and demonstrate consistent excellence in service

Level 1 – Junior Stylist
Stylists in advanced training who work under the guidance of senior team members. Ideal for clients seeking quality services at an entry-level price.

Level 2 – Stylist
Licensed professionals who have completed foundational training and perform core hair services with confidence and consistency.

Level 3 – Advanced Stylist
Stylists with increased experience and continued education, offering more refined techniques, customized services, and strong client relationships.

Level 4 – Senior Stylist
Highly experienced professionals with advanced technical skills. Level 4 stylists are trusted experts in multiple services and often mentor junior team members.

Level 5 – Master Stylist & Educator
