Apprentice Training Guidelines We are committed to fostering a positive and respectful learning environment for all our apprentices. Please note the following important guidelines: Respectful and Patient Interaction: All apprentices are still in training and are developing their skills. We ask that you approach all interactions with patience, understanding, and clear communication. Constructive feedback is always encouraged. Skill Level and Pricing: The pricing reflects the current skill level of the apprentice. While they are highly trained and continuously tested, please understand that their abilities are still evolving. Your support plays a crucial role in their development. Ongoing Training and Testing: All apprentices undergo regular assessments to ensure their growth and proficiency. They are actively working toward completing their required training hours. Constructive Communication: Clear and respectful communication is essential. We encourage open dialogue and appreciate your input as apprentices work to hone their skills. We deeply value your support in helping our apprentices grow and improve. Thank you for your patience and understanding as they progress in their training!
