Event Submission & Booking Policy

All event requests must be submitted and confirmed by Bumblina Studio. Event dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until officially approved by our team.

Please note: Submitting a request does not confirm your booking — it is the first step in the scheduling process.

A representative from Bumblina Studio will contact you upon review. If your requested date is approved, a $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment instructions will be provided, and deposits must be sent to bumbolinastudio@gmail.com. If you do not hear from our team within 48 hours upon submitting our form please email us directly at bumbolinastudio@gmail.com

Lice Screening Policy

All participants must undergo a thorough lice screening prior to the arrival of Bumblina Studio. This screening must be conducted by the client (host, parent, or guardian), and participants must be confirmed to be lice-free before any activities begin.

Participants who currently have lice, or who have had a lice infestation within the past three (3) months, are strictly prohibited from participating.

If lice are found on any participant during the event, or if it is determined that a participant was not properly screened or had a recent history of lice, a $500 penalty fee will be imposed and must be paid to Bumblina Studio.
